HUMAN BE:IN
Tuesdays · 7.00pm – 9.30pm · OMUK, King’s Cross.
Human BE:IN is a weekly space devoted to the practice of presence.
Each session weaves together meditation, simple sharing, and conscious movement, creating a gentle yet potent container in which to arrive more fully—both with ourselves and with one another.
The evening begins by slowing down and listening inwardly, allowing awareness to settle into the body. From here, we open into relational space, exploring what it means to be present in shared human experience.
Movement arises organically from this ground of attention. There is no pressure to perform or push; instead, participants are invited to move honestly, guided by sensation, breath, and the subtle dynamics of the group.
Human BE:IN is less about doing and more about being—a regular practice space for authenticity, embodied awareness, and quiet connection.
