FELIX ORAM
Felix Oram is a conscious movement facilitator, DJ (FX10K), and founder of the Temenos Dance Collective.
He began DJing at the age of 15, drawn to the transformative power of dance music and the connective energy of early rave culture. Over decades of experience in clubs, label work, and studios, Felix developed a refined musical sensibility rooted in emotional intelligence, groove, and nuance.
In 2007 he stepped away from music to focus on his personal wellbeing. During this time, he encountered Vipassana meditation, dedicating over 1,000 hours to the practice — a foundation that continues to inform his approach to sound, space, and embodiment.
In 2013, Felix discovered conscious movement practices, including 5Rhythms, which deepened his interest in somatic engagement and human presence. Years of dancing and crewing shaped his understanding of how music and movement can co-create healing and connection.
In the autumn of 2023, this lived experience crystallized into the Temenos Dance Collective — a project born from a desire to cultivate spaces where music is curated with depth and intention, and where dancers are invited into presence with curiosity and care.
Felix’s facilitation is rooted in somatic awareness, grounded attention, and decades of musical intelligence. His work draws from meditation, movement practice, and a belief in the body as a rich source of wisdom.
Through Temenos, Felix holds spaces that are nourishing, interconnected, and alive — invitations to show up, to listen, and to move from the inside out.
