About the event
Temenos is delighted to welcome the affable and super lovely Tim Barnes to the Old School Rooms.
Tim is one of the (relatively) younger 5Rhythms teachers honing his craft but he is certainly making waves through the conscious dance space.
Tim sees dance as a practice, embodiment as its vocabulary. As a certified 5Rhythms teacher, he teaches classes, workshops and festivals regularly in the UK as well as internationally. By holding the space lightly, he hands the reigns of the dance over to you, guiding you through waves of music that approach the body as a body of wisdom.
