Once again we are thrilled to announce that Alex Forster is returning to the Old School Rooms on Saturday 9th May to host an evening of live, improvised music to move the body and still the mind.

Alex Forster needs little introduction. His music creations and legendary live performances range from meditative soundscapes to uplifting, lyrical rhythms. Drawing inspiration from the sights and sounds he has gathered on his global journeys as well as decades exploring movement practices on the dance floor, Alex weaves together musical journeys like no one else.

As a multi-instrumentalist and master of live looping improvisation, Alex crafts bespoke soundscapes that invite participants to drop in, move freely, and be fully present. Whether performing in a forest, at a festival, or conscious dance space or workshop, his live sets are always transformative experiences.
