About the event
This gathering is an invitation to slow down and come together — to move, eat, listen and connect in shared space.
Over the course of four hours we will be guided through a small number of movement- and music-based sessions led by invited teachers and facilitators. These sessions are interwoven with unstructured time for conversation, rest and shared food, allowing connection to emerge naturally rather than being forced.
The emphasis is on presence, relational depth and embodied connection. This is not a performance or a workshop to “achieve” something, but a space to be with one another — to move together, eat together and remember the value of community as a lived experience.
The gathering is open to all levels of experience. You do not need to be a regular Temenos attendee or member to take part — only a willingness to arrive as you are and participate with care…
