Techniques for CI: a 3 week course with Manuela Sarcone
These three classes are conceived as a technical study of some of the fundamental aspects of our contact dancing - namely our relation to gravity, the floor and our partner when falling, traveling and jumping.
Patterns and exercises will be offered to hone our understanding of core principles to expand the range of our possibilities when dancing with a partner.
Time for improvisational practice will allow us to be playful with our technical skills and explore our curiosity in the doing.
