About the event
Step into a sacred space where retro vibes meet modern groove, where conscious movement meets body and movement. Somatic Soul is a heart filled dance journey that honors both the inner landscape of your body and the soul and groove of funky disco.
This isn’t just another dance party—it’s a transformative experience where we move through layers: from stillness to joy, from self to other, from the day’s tension to pure, liberated flow.
🌀 The Journey
Doors: 7:20pm | Circle: 7:40pm | Finish 10:00pm
We begin together with a short Cacao Ceremony, this helps us to first come into our hearts and let's us let go of everything we've been through that day.
Next we will begin a number of simple Somatic Movement Practices, which help us to let go and embody presence and groundedness. These will increase in intensity, shaking and movement so that we are really warmed up.
