About the event
For this special 'Year of the Fire Horse' session I’ll be holding space to support us to honour the year that we leave behind, set intentions for the year ahead and use movement as a tool to birth new rhythms in our life.
As always I’ll be offering a few words of guidance and playing a diverse range of emotive and rich music.
Somatic movement classes invite dancers to slow down and deepen their relationship with their body.
Each session begins on the floor, with eyes closed and attention turned inward. Through guided awareness, participants are supported to sense, listen, and attune to the subtle language of the body before movement begins.
