About the event
This week the somatic movement class will be led by Claudia Gschwend. Each session is an invitation for dancers to slow down and deepen their relationship with their body.
Through guided awareness, participants are supported to sense, listen, and attune to the subtle language of the body before movement begins.
From this place of stillness and presence, movement gradually unfolds — simple at first, then increasingly dynamic. Gentle facilitation and clear invitations support dancers to remain connected to sensation and awareness as energy and movement builds.
