Seen In Motion with Jordan Shaughnessy

A workshop, for all movement levels, on being seen and expressing yourself on the dancefloor.

It begins with guided solo dancing, eyes closed, allowing you to fully connect with your own energy. As you open your eyes, you'll start to engage with the room, syncing with the collective rhythm. The experience then flows into partnering up, dancing in front of another, and embracing the power of being seen. Finally, we’ll create a circle—much like a hip-hop cypher—where everyone supports each other as they take turns dancing in the center, free to express themselves. 

Depending on the time and the energy of the group, additional elements may be incorporated to enhance the experience.

Most of all its about supporting each other, having fun and becoming more comfortable with being seen!
