Samhain Movement Journey

To celebrate Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival that marks the end of summer and the descent into Winter we shall be hosting a very special conscious Movement Journey in the incredible OMUK 'sonic womb'. Samhain is a time when the doorways to the Otherworld opened and what better place to spend it than in the OMUK studio, which is unlike any other space we have ever been in. Not only is it warm and dark, but the sound envelopes you completely providing the perfect environment to support us to dive deeply into our body and mind so we can embark on a powerful movement journey.
