RITUAL CIRCUS

On Friday 27th February Temenos is excited to welcome to the Old School Rooms 'Ritual Circus'. Ritual Circus is an immersive wellness experience blending movement, rhythm, sound and ritual to reconnect participants with their bodies, creativity and inner stillness. Set around series of exercises designed to cultivate embodied awareness, emotional resilience and authentic self-expression the session has a strong emphasis on mental health, play and non-verbal communication. An experience where rhythm becomes medicine, movement becomes meaning and silence speaks so that you can come back home to your body, your breath and your unfiltered self. Through free movement, drumming, stomping and using our voices we find a shared vocabulary and we learn to listen, not just to each other, but to what lives beneath the surface.
