'Rebirth' - A Movement Journey with Felix Oram

Movement Journey sessions offer dancers a space to explore the deeper side of their movement practice.  

Through a combination of facilitation and music participants are invited to explore their inner and outer landscapes through embodied movement.  For this session Temenos founder, Felix Oram, will be exploring the theme of 'Rebirth'. Death and life are universal. Every cell in our body, every star in the universe has a life span. While we spend our lives moving towards death, the ultimate transformational experience, along the journey we experience scores of mini deaths, and rebirths. Whether it's the end of a relationship, a new career, or letting go of deep seated patterns that no longer serve us, we are constantly required to let go of things that we are attached to, or holding on to, in order to make way for something new to be born.
