About the event
After a fantatsic sold event last year, we are excited to announce that on Friday 13th February we have Julia Samel (& Will Street) hosting an extended and unusual Valentine's edition* of Moving Connections; the playful practice that explores moving in connection with others.
For this session you will be invited to explore gentle and heartfelt meetings with yourself and others through a number of different approaches, including sharing in words, as well as some platonic touch.
Everyone is welcome - no need to bring (or find!) a partner. We look forward to sharing some gentle times with you! Doors Open: 7pm
Exercises: 7.30pm - 9pm Free Flow: 9pm - 10pm Music, Tea, Chat: 10pm - 10.30pm *This is an alternative Valentine's event for those that value connection but don't care for red roses, chocolates, and Hallmark cards!
