MOVEMENT TRILOGY

Movement Trilogy is a six hour immersion exploring the three primary modalities of conscious dance - Contact Improvisation, 5Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance. Most of us are familiar with at least one of these modalities, some of us practice two or even all three, but very rarely do we try to understand them collectively. At Temenos we have have found that when they are danced in sequence something powerful and transformational happens. For this workshop we are delighted to welcome two remarkable women, Manuela Sarcone and Flow Vulk, to join Temenos founder FX10K. Together they will create a powerful container to lead us on a unique journey into connected movement. The Modalities: Contact Improvisation (CI) is a highly sensitive modality that focuses on the importance of slowing down and listening to what is happening at the somatic level.
