*The dance on Friday 11th July is free to all Temenos members with an active subscription and will be our last Friday night dance of the summer. Movement Journey sessions offer dancers a space to experience the deeper side of their conscious dance.
Through a combination of facilitation and music participants are invited to explore and express themselves in a safely held space.
With over 30 years experience as a DJ and a vast and varied music collection, Temenos founder, Felix Oram, selects a range of music that you won't hear in any other conscious movement space, spanning genres such as ambient, electronica, modern jazz, trip-hop, nu soul, deep house, dubtronica and more. Felix's facilitation is somatically focused and grounded in over 1000 hours of Vipassana meditation.
