MOVEMENT JOURNEY with Felix Oram & Amy Cooper (Our Body)

Movement Journey sessions offer dancers a space to experience the deeper side of their conscious dance.  

Through a combination of facilitation and music participants are invited to explore and express themselves in a safely held space. For this special edition Felix is joined by the wonderful Amy Cooper. Amy hosted a session titled Our Body at Temenos back in March 2025 and we're excited to welcome her back to the Old School Rooms to lead the warm up and the first hour of the session. Amy likes to support us to find ways to play with the moves which are coming to us naturally, which are emerging from within us and between us.
