About the event
Our first Movement Journey back from the Summer Break. Movement Journey sessions offer dancers a space to explore the deeper side of conscious dance.
Through a combination of facilitation and music participants are invited to move and express themselves. Each session begins with an extended floor based warm-up, intended to allow people to truly connect with their bodies and take the time they need to slow down and tune in before embarking on a journey into movement.
With 30+ years experience as a DJ and over 1000 hours of Vipassana meditation Temenos founder, Felix Oram, creates safe spaces that are authentic and unique. His deep love of music means he is capable of crafting musical journey that include tracks that you won't hear in any other conscious movement space, spanning genres such as ambient, electronica, modern jazz, trip-hop, nu soul, deep house, dubtronica and more.
