Movement Journey sessions offer dancers a space to explore the deeper side of their movement practice.  

Through a combination of facilitation and music participants are invited to explore their inner and outer landscapes through embodied movement. 

With over 30 years experience as a DJ and a vast and varied music collection, Temenos founder, FX10K, selects music that might otherwise be overlooked in more conventional dance spaces. At Temenos we believe there is a need for new kinds of movement spaces, ones that are less focused on banging tunes and peak time crescendos, and focus, instead, on creating a softer, richer and more supportive environment for dancers to move in.
