MOVEMENT JOURNEY with Felix Oram

Every Friday Temenos founder Felix Oram facilitates a 2 hour Movement Journey at the Old School Rooms in Clapton.

Movement Journeys are deeper, enquiry oriented, dance sessions that utilize a combination of facilitation and music.

Are you looking for a new kind of movement space, one that isn't focused on banging tunes and peak time crescendos, but focuses, instead, on creating a supportive environment for dancers to explore the inner landscape of their emotions and feelings through embodied movement?
