About the event
The HUMAN BE:IN is a weekly sanctuary space held at OMUK in King's Cross on Tuesday evenings from 7pm - 9.30pm. The vision is simple: create a safe space for people to come together. Combining meditation, a sharing circle, and somatic movement these sessions are more than just a regular dance in that they offer us a new model for relating and being present with ourselves and others.
Meditation - to calm the mind and develop faculty of awareness.
Sharing - to be witnessed and heard.
Movement - to connect with the body and explore embodied expression.
Music for each session spans a range of genres (from ambient and modern classical to deep house and downtempo) and is designed to support us to find ways to move and give expression to what we are feeling.
