HUMAN BE:IN is a weekly movement session with a difference.
More than just another dance, these sessions offer us new model for relating and being present with ourselves and others.
Held at OMUK in King's Cross, Human BE:IN gatherings offer us a sanctuary from the distractions of the modern world.
Separated into three distinct parts:
Meditation - to calm the mind and develop faculty of awareness.
Sharing - to be witnessed and heard.
