About the event
HUMAN BE:IN is a weekly movement session with a difference.
More than just a dance, these sessions offer us new model for relating and being present. Held at OMUK in King's Cross, these intimate and gentle sessions are a sanctuary space offering us the space and time to reconnect and reset.
Separated into three distinct parts:
Meditation - to calm the mind and develop faculty of awareness.
Sharing - to be witnessed and heard.
Movement - to connect with the body and explore embodied expression.
