HUMAN BE:IN

HUMAN BE:IN is a weekly movement session with a difference. More than just a dance, it is a space to sit, a space to share and a space to move. It is a new way of relating, a space that fosters connection and community. Held at the wonderful OMUK studio in King's Cross, these are smaller, more intimate sessions designed to support us to open up and connect to ourselves and others in a gentle and powerful way. Each session begins with an opening circle where attendees are guided through a few minutes of meditation before the circle is opened for sharing. Sharing is a chance to be witnessed and helps to create a 'group field' dynamic, further deepening the connection between those present.
