Heart of Darkness (Free to Members)

A special Movement Journey with FX10K exploring the Shadow and the darker aspects of the psyche through music and movement. The Shadow is hard to access, but is always there. We all experience the Shadow at different times in our lives. What is important that we learn to integrate it and work with it. One way we can do this is to embody it and with the support of a safe, well held space and some powerful music we can be transported into a world where the Shadow emotions can be accessed and expressed. For this session FX10K will open us to a world of possibility, a world that does not shy away from the challenges of the shadow, rather it embraces them.
