HEART OF DARKNESS - Winter Solstice Ritual To mark the shortest day of the year and longest night Temenos is hosting a ritual ceremony at OMUK on Friday 19th December. This will be a chance to reflect on and to honour the transformational power of darkness and shadow. Calling on the parts of ourselves that live in the shadow and the darkness and offering them to the space through voice and movement. The ceremony will be hosted by Mark Estdale and Felix Oram. Mark will open the evening by playing the gong and inviting us to join him in some voice activation work. Using the voice in a non-linguistic way is an incredible tool for harmonizing the group field and unlocking deep parts of ourselves.
