GOLDEN LIGHT GATHERING
Join the Temenos Community for an immersive long weekend to mark the end of summer at the wonderful Mana & Wak Retreat Centre in Borehamwood .
Centered around movement, dance, yoga and meditation the weekend will include a range of sessions designed to nourish and support you. Plus there will be time to swim in the pond, enjoy the sauna, sit round the fire, climb trees and connect with nature. All just 40 minutes from London.
The schedule and line up will be confirmed in due course, but rest assured there will be a lovely blend of activities and down time so that you will be leave nourished and connected.
