About the event
FX10K host a movement session that utilizes music from across the world including latin, reggae, soul, hip hop, classical, and more. This is a chance to leave the four to the floor kick drums behind and focus on the rich diversity of music that can move and inspire us.
There will be an extended warm up followed by a 90 minute movement session with music.
Attendees are encouraged to leave their mental stories from the previous week at the door and are offered a space to drop into the language of the body. Please arrive early to join the warm up session.
Temenos events are safe, inclusive spaces where members open up to whatever arises for them. As such there is no photography allowed.
