Deep Space with FX10K & Kaja Kippenberg

Many of us have found, given the pace and distractions of technology-fuelled modern life, that there is a need to slow down, go inwards and listen deeply to our bodies. Deep Space is a deeply restorative and somatically informed movement session that supports us into movement from a place of stillness and deep connection. It is a space where we don't rush or push, rather we take the time we need to connect with ourselves and then, when we are ready, explore movement. 

The evening will begin with a contemplative meditation and gentle somatic warm up followed by a gentle but powerful musical wave filled with rich, emotive, textured music.  For the final part of the evening we will be treated to a delicious gong bath and sound healing session from Kaja Kippenberg.
