About the event
Deep Space is a unique 4 hour immersion that combines meditation, movement and sound healing. Starting with an extended meditation to allow us to become fully present with our bodies we will then embark on a beautiful and gentle movement journey that supports us to explore stillness. The focus is on restoration and the music is carefully selected to support our nervous systems to re-calibrate and relax. The meditation and movement takes place in the sanctuary of OMUK's Sonic Womb studio: a warm, enclosed space with a clean floor and an amazing sound system. Perfect for softening and letting go. At the cessation of the movement session we head upstairs to experience a powerful and deeply resonant Gong Bath with Kaja Nur from Liberating Sounds.
