About the event
Come and start your 2024 with an embodied journey into Deep Space. Hosts, Emily and Felix, warmly invite you to join them for an extended four hour session on Monday 1st January 2024 in which you will be supported to drop deeply into your bodies and connect to yourself and the space around you.
The session will include
- Opening circle
- Sound Toning
- Somatic warm up
- Movement & Music
- Sharing & Closing
Sound Toning is a self-empowered form of sound healing that provides deep somatic rest and alignment. The work is not pitch specific and there is no requirement for singing experience. It helps us to arrive in our bodies and connect to each part of ourselves. It is a deeply calming practice.
The venue is the beautiful Amadeus Centre in Maida Vale.
