Deep Space

For many of us life is demanding. With people, places and  technology vying for our attention we can find ourselves being  constantly pulled in multiple directions and our mental landscape is  often fragmented. As a result we can often struggle to feel  authentically connected and whole. In response to this reality we warmly invite you to join us for the latest Temenos Dance Collective offering ~ ‘Deep Space’.

Hosted in a beautiful venue in Maida Vale, we, Felix &  Emily,  offer a sanctuary space for nervous system calibration through a  gentle embodiment process and a carefully curated musical score. Emily  will be supporting us to soften into our bodies and the present moment,  while Felix will facilitate the integration of what arises through music  and movement.

In these frenetic times, our aim is to provide the Temenos  community with a space that provides the resources needed to deepen  trust in ourselves while at the same time developing a sense of  community and belonging. These bespoke sessions will be completely  unique, bringing together a combination of embodiment practices,  meditation, inner listening and music.

Places are limited to 20 people but we hope that you will be able to join us at some point.
