Join Temenos founder Felix Oram at OMUK on Friday 26th December for a very special Boxing Day Dance.
Christmas is not always the easiest time of year. It's meant to be a time of joy and happiness but for some it is lonely and challenging.
Dancing is a way to negate isolation, get back into your body and process your feelings.
Often there is nowhere to dance at Christmas because venues are closed but this year Temenos is holding a special Boxing Day Dance for those that need it.
There will be a short warm up before we dive in to a smorgasboard of wonderful music.
Doors open at 7pm and will close at 7.30pm sharp, so don't be late.
