About the event
Temenos is delighted to welcome back to the Old School Rooms the wonderful Amy Cooper to lead Bodies In Conversation. Fresh from an incredible opening session at the Dancing Body Festival in Wales, Amy is dropping in to London to treat us to one of her playful, thoughtful and creative movement sessions. You will be invited to explore movement with curiosity, finding your natural range and connecting to other bodies in the space. As part of the session you'll feel into the changing atmosphere of the room and engage in a series of exercises both on your own and with others.
You might glean from the night some responses to these musings: Can we move as part of something bigger and maintain our own nature? How do we align without words? How am I enhanced by a group?
