About the event
This Friday (1st May) is not only Beltane, the 1st day of Summer, it is a Scorpio Full Moon - a time of emotional insight, transformation and a chance to release past patterns.
To commemorate this powerful date we'll be hosting a Somatic Movement session at the Old School Rooms in Hackney.
A 2 hour session with an extended somatic warm up included. A chance to drop deep into the body and connect with a deeper layer of emotions followed by a dance to release, let go and shake it loose.
