Temenos is delighted to welcome back to the Old School Rooms one of it's favourite 5Rhythms teachers - the affable and super lovely Tim Barnes.
Having been a part of the infamous extended 5R training that finally completed in 2021 thanks to the pandemic, Tim has rapidly become one of the most popular figures in the UK conscious dance world (and beyond). His classes are dynamic, his teaching is witty, his music is always superb and his passion for the practice is second to none.
Tim sees dance as a practice, embodiment as its vocabulary. As a certified 5Rhythms teacher, he teaches classes, workshops and festivals regularly in the UK as well as internationally. By holding the space lightly, he hands the reigns of the dance over to you, guiding you through waves of music that approach the body as a body of wisdom.
