Temenos Tuesday 'HUMAN BE:IN'

HUMAN BE:IN is a weekly movement session with a difference - a space to sit, a space to share in and a space to move. Hosted every Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm these sessions are a new concept in conscious movement. More than just a dance they offer a space where participants are invited to come together and to "be" who they are. Each session starts with an opening circle and the opportunity to share, briefly, as to where they are and what is alive for them. This can be from as little as saying their name to sharing a few words about how they are feeling. This is followed by a few minutes of silence and reflection, followed by music and the opportunity to move together. After the session there is fruit and tea upstairs where participants can chat and socialize. We look forward to welcoming you.
