'Layers' - A Movement Journey with FX10K (Free to Members)

Movement Journey sessions are deeper explorations of movement and music. For February we are exploring the concept of 'Layers'. What comes to mind when we talk of 'layers'? Some of us think of layers of skin, some of layers of earth. Layers often offer us protection. The outer layer meets the atmosphere or the world, but there are layers underneath, parts that are not exposed but also play an important role. Some layers are impenetrable others are porous. In psychological terms we build our persona through layering, we build up a notion of who we are are piece by piece over time. But is this really who we are? Are we mistaken if we identify with the layer and don't recognise what is underneath.
