Movement Journey with Felix Oram. This will be the last dance that Felix hosts at the Old School Rooms in 2025.

Come and join him to explore the deeper side of conscious dance. After the opening, floor based, warm up to allow you to land and arrive in your body, you'll be treated to a delightful smorgasboard of musical gems to dance and move to. Temenos prides itself on creating open hearted and welcoming spaces for people to dance in. There will be some light facilitation to support dancers to connect with themselves and others but the emphasis is on the music. Movement Journey sessions don't use obvious, banging tunes - rather they are based on a spirit of playfulness and enquiry. A chance to explore the deeper side of conscious dance.
