LOST & FOUND - A Movement Journey with Felix Oram

Life is constantly changing. At times we think we've got it sorted and we understand what we're doing, who we are and where we're headed. Then bang! Something happens, something comes along and knocks us over, either literally or metaphorically. Perhaps we lose our job, perhaps a loved one dies, perhaps we get ill, or perhaps we go through a break up. Suddenly out of nowhere we're lost, unsure of what the next step needs to be, of what our path is through life. Lost & Found is a new movement space to help us embody and dance with the transition between these two states. I'll be shifting between music that embodies both feeling "lost" and "found", giving us the practical and physical experience of moving in and out of these two opposing experiences.
