DEEP SPACE

Deep Space is a unique meditation and movement experience. A dreamscape environment where time is suspended and the outside world is left behind. Where the music is beautiful and spacious, where there are no beats or rhythms, and those in attendance can explore their inner and outer landscape with softness and curiosity.

The session begins with a guided meditation to support us as we descend into a place of deep stillness. From here we seamlessly embark on a liminal movement journey into 'deep space', both inner and outer, with a carefully curated ambient musical score. Deep Space sessions are not like anything else. They are deep and psychedelic (but completely sober) experiences. They offer us a chance to go inward so that deeply seated feelings and emotions can surface.
