Deep Space with FX10K & Kaja Kippenberg

The Temenos Dance Collective is excited to be hosting one of it's iconic Deep Space sessions on Saturday 18th January at OMUK. This extended 4 hour immersion will be a unique offering that sit at the intersection between meditation, movement and stillness. Starting with an extended meditation to support us to expand our awareness of our bodies we will then embark on a unique movement journey that begins in stillness and ends in stillness.

The focus is on restoration and gentle movements that will support our nervous systems to calibrate and relax. Following the movement session we will head upstairs to experience a Gong Bath and Sound Healing session with Kaja Kippenberg from Liberating Sounds.
