CONTACT IMPROVISATION JAM with Felix Oram

We're excited to announce that Contact Improvisation is returning to Temenos. On the first Friday of every month Temenos will be holding a short warm up followed by a Jam (the colloquial term for an improvised free movement contact based dance). While we appreciate that Contact Improvisation (CI) is not for everyone, for many of us it's a movement modality that is rich and nourishing. So much so that we've decided to dedicate one of our Fridays each month exclusively to the practice. The sessions are, of course, open to all levels, but please keep in mind that if you've never done any CI before (and are a complete beginner) you may find the experience somewhat overwhelming. We'll start the session with a floor based warm up, just to get us going and after that there will be no instruction or guidance.
